"Lunch Top Runner" Miyan (駅弁のトップランナー ミーヤん, Ekiben no toppuran'nā Mīyan), is a world famous chef who currently holds the rank of number 20 on the IGO Chef Ranking, making Miyan one of the greatest chefs in the world. Miyan apparently works as a chef aboard trains and serves the finest meals on the train tracks.
