Louie (ルイ Rui) is a member of the Gourmet Yakuza and one of the three subordinates who work directly under Match.
Appearance
Louie is a young man with dark-olive hair and like his other two comrades, he always wears sunglasses.
Personality
Louise is an extremely loyal and brave man who is very devoted to Match and his two close comrades Ram and Shin. He is also willing to sacrifice his life for the sake of his boss and allies, showing just how far his loyalty goes and will face off even against enemies of monstrous power knowing that he may very well die. Like the rest of the Gourmet Yakuza, he cares about the poor children of his country and wants to make sure that they are well fed and protected from corruption. His friendship with Ram and Shin is also expanded upon in the anime, showing that the three are nearly inseparable and believe that three heads are better than one.
History
Century Soup Arc
Along with Ram,Shin and their boss Match,they set to go to Ice Hell.
They delayed Barrygamon in 3 minutes,enduring bone crushing attacks of the armored man.
Powers and Abilities
Louie does not posses any strong abilities but appears to be skilled with a sword (or to be precise a katana). He also has a bit of endurance, being able to take numerous attacks from Barrygamon and still remain alive despite his severe fatal wounds.
Anime and Manga Differences
During the battle in Ice Hell, the anime censors much of the violence surrounding Louie, Shin and Ram, and when in Life, instead of being healed by Therapy Tulips they are healed by Pelican Flytraps.
