Ikarishi is a secretary employed at Smile's office and she organizes his work. She mainly reminds him about his pending works and gets serious when her colleague takes his job too easily and without care.
Appearance
She is a pale-skinned young woman of average height with brown hair that is tied up into a top knot. Her outfit consists of a simple pink button-up shirt.
Personality
She cares a lot about Smile's work and schedule, and tries to make sure that he keeps up with his work. She tends to get annoyed with Smile's sour attitude and lack of genuine happiness to the point where she may even throw things at him in order for him to react properly and take his job seriously. He does not become irritated when she does this though, showing that their working relationship is quite casual.
History
Century Soup Arc
She is first seen reminding Smile of the projects he has to work on, but he calmly puts them aside due to his foul mood, much to her annoyance and tries to convince him to cheer up more often. She then answers the call from Toriko asking for Smile's assistance in building him a new Sweets House.She tries to tell Smile but he rudely feigns happiness while laughing at her and she throws the phone at him in anger, Smile ignores this and answers Toriko who tells him that he is willing to offer him Century Soup for his service and Smile gladly complies much to the surprise of his secretary.
