Icicallions (つららっきょう Tsura rakkyō) are a breed of scallions capable of surviving in extremely cold temperatures, however their surface still appears to be a bit frozen though.
Description
They grow in the caverns at the center of Ice Hell. They can also be made into a fine stew that goes well with Silver Grizzly meat.
History
Century Soup Arc
Komatsu acquired some Icicallions while camping in Ice Mountain and used it in his Silver Grizzly stew.
