Chirin (千輪) is an employee of the elusive restaurant "Disappearance Cuisine" who works for the head chef Chiru and acts as a waiter.
Personality
He tends to complain frequently and is somewhat of a glutton, which is made clear by his overweight appearance and his stealing of part of Toriko's Ehou Maki.
Powers and Abilities
Despite his weight, he is very agile and can move incredibly fast and was able to outrun Toriko and Komatsu easily.
