Stephen Chen is the cousin of Tim Drake, nephew of Janet Drake and nephew of Jack Drake by marriage.
Biography
Stephen is first seen as Tim enters his parent's restaurant eating a meal prepared by Jack Drake. He sees the news report of Robin's death at the same time as Tim.[1]
