Haly owned Haly's Circus. He did business with the Maroni crime family, but didn't pay up when necessary.[1]

- In the DC comics, Haly has taken multiple identities. In the Prime Earth reality, C.C. Haly was the owner of Haly's Circus, giving the deed to the circus to Dick just before his death.
