Delray

Delray is a neighborhood located in the southern part of Detroit, Michigan along the shore of the Detroit river on the opposite side of the Canadian peninsula. At its most, Delray had a population of 23,000 people living there in the 1930s but has since then declined to 2,783 people according to the 2010 U.S. census. Delray is mostly depicted as an industrial area in-game.
