Cobra’s Tiger Ray Hydrofoil is an ‘ultra’ fast attack hydrofoil boat intended for sneak attacks. It is armed with two missiles, two forward-firing auto-cannons, one heavy machine-gun turret (topside) and two medium machine-gun turrets (aft), plus twin surface torpedoes. Tiger Ray is more than capable of hurting anything in its path.

History
Comics continuity
The Cobra Moray Hydrofoil was utilized by Cobra in 1985. It is piloted by Cobra Lampreys. The Moray was also sold to Cobra in 1986, and but was largely discontinued in 1987. The Moray design returned as the Night Ray in 1989, maximized for night operations.
MUX continuity
Destro released the Tiger Ray in 2004, as an upgraded version of the original 1985 Moray Hydrofoil, with modern construction materials and technology.
In 2018, Bloody Bones used a Tiger Ray to capture a Shark 9000 and pillage a Coast Guard base.
