Symphonic District - New Harmonex
One would think with Harmnonex's crystalline colors, and sharp geometric architecture, that the city would come off cold and imposing, but this is far from the truth, as the Symphonic District puts this on in full display with it's vast array of colorful sights, smells, and sounds! Colorful decorations also grace the area, ranging from rainbows to gradients of one color to the next.
This area is also not void of life like most cities, as on the crystals, ivy grows, crystalline trees have also been planted around, its clear someone went to great lengths to ensure nature was included in the city.
Theaters, Bars, Shops, parks, and more are all set up here, the most well known are the Concordia Theatre and a Spa & Detailing shop known as the Serenade Spa are located here, the arena known as the Chores Arena is also set up here. Most of the Bars are located in the open market known as the Coloratura Market.
This district is loud, but not loud enough to drown out the sound of music that fills the air. A few libraries and schools are dotted around the area, but they seem more craft based.

(Radio) Starlock sends Krystallos a radio transmission, 'yes'
Krystallos waits within New Harmonex, near one of the larger singing crystals. In the time Starlock has been gone, the crystals have grown substantially, and their song fills the plains around the new city with a beautiful, unique song. Krys stands with his palm pressed against one of the larger crystals at the edge of town, his optics powered down as he reaches out with other, more highly attuned senses.

Starlock shuffles into the city, a smile on her face, hearing the crystals, she'd start to hum along with them as she moves her way to Krystallos, wondering what she was called here for, but, at the same time she felt no anxiety in being called, or being here, she was calm.
Krystallos powers his optics back on as he senses Starlock's approach. He gives her a smile - whatever he wants to talk about, he doesn't seem anxious about it. He withdraws his palm from the crystal spire and takes hold of the crystalline staff he left leaning against it. He ventures forward to meet Starlock halfway, although his gait us much slower than even Starlock's carefree shuffle. "Greetings!" he calls out when she's in range. "So good to see you, child."
Starlock smiles and gives a polite half-bow. "A pleasure to see you as well Krystallos, its been a while.. I hope the city has proven to be of your liking, and the crystals are doing well." she'd grin.
"Surprisingly well!" Krystallos exclaims, looking around in wonder. "I didn't really think they'd grow so well in this environment, but..." he turns this way and that, taking in the beautiful view. "I've never been so happy to be wrong. However," he adds, frowning. "Something very odd happened last night - something I thought I should discuss with you. Nothing bad -" he offers quickly, reaching out an elderly hand. "Just... odd."
Starlock smiles, glad to hear, but then raises a ridge, tilting her helm. "Odd?" she asks walking forward to join beside him. "Odd how?" She'd ask.
Krystallos frowns, trying to put his experiences into words. He's always been more of a visual person than a talented speaker. "The crystals themselves. Last night, it's as if they... came alive. They were calling out, singing a new song. One of longing, striving... I was nearly overwhelmed. I fell to my knees," he recounts, and sure enough, his old knees are slightly damaged from the fall. "I felt this great calling, to come home. But to where? Old Harmonex is lost." He shakes his head sadly.
Starlock blinks, both surprised, and worried, she's glad to hear they are actually living and have moved passed the song she'd created but at the same time.. She's raise a brow
"....Thats.. interesting.. And.. technically, Old Harmonex isn't lost but.." She'd pause, was Krystallos ever TOLD about Harmonex and its current state? "...Its.. been reborn.. but it now is locked in a shield." Starlock explains softly.
Krystallos nods, and smiles. "Oh, yes. That's right. It's safe." He glances up at the crystals. "I just wish I knew what they WANTED. I've worked with crystals like this all my life, and I've never experienced anything like this. It's like the planet itself was using it to send a signal, a call - but to what?" He shakes his head. "They've never seemed so ALIVE as they did last night." There is rare awe in his ancient optics.
Starlock would walk over and gently place her hand against the near crystal. "...I wish I knew how to do that, maybe I could give more an answer, other then the simple, straight forward guess, that they wish to join their elder, sister crystals in Harmonex, but.. that.. I don't know how it would happen, or when.. " Starlock sighs.
"I dunno if I told the whole story too you, regarding the dominicons, Imager, Soundwave..." She'd look up at the Crystal, so happy to see it larger then her at last, a somber smile on her face. "....Only way it likely could be opened is, if Soundwave, Kni-- Illarion, Imager, and I agree.. and.. I don't think that will happen." She'd explain.
"Oh, I know all about that clustertruck," Krystallos says, waving off the discussion. "Have hope, little one. We didn't think this would work, did we?" he asks, gazing up at the towering, singing crystals. "At least, I didn't," he laughs. Looking back at Starlock, he smiles. "One day, we will return to our true home. In the meantime, this is someplace to be proud of," he grins. "And, frankly, I'm glad you dragged me off my island to be a part of it."
Starlock gives a smile, before looking back at the large crystal, and pressing her forhelm to it. "That's true.. most didn't believe I, We, could do this.." She'd smile softly as she spoke as softly.
"I'm glad too.. Its helped in healing the wound that was /the/ clustertruck that was Harmonex." she'd laugh softly and sigh, keeping her optics close as she rested it here. "I hope so.. I'd love to visit Star Shield's grave again.."
"Well, for now, let's celebrate life!" Krystallos suggests. "Come check out the Pavilion of Peace! They've made some additions I think you'll like..."
"Oh?" Starlock asks she she lifts her helm and looks over. "they?" She echoed in question, who was they? the civilians here? Those who came and help build up this place? The crystals?
She'd shift away from the crystals and followed Krystallos.
