A member of the rather minimal Decepticon Law Enforcement brigade, SPEED TRAP enjoys his role as a harasser of passers-by. With his cocksure attitude, and overbearing nature to the civilians in the area, SPEED TRAP is about as corrupt as they come. Whether it be flagging someone for unnecessary violations, or planting contraband on them, to intentionally failing a rubsign checkpoint on someone, SPEED TRAP is a petty abuser of power. With his speed-reading gun, he can analyze enemy Autobots and make their actions more predictable, and his ability to drop spike strips in his altmode of an old-model American police car, has been known to cause many a flat tire.
