Rodion

As of 12/29/2016 (User:Bzero), Rodion is Neutral. Autobots within the territory are viewed indifferently, Decepticons within the territory are viewed indifferently, and Unaffiliated Inhabitants are undisturbed. How do I change this?

Rodion is a neutral city-state on Cybertron, known for its gorgeous waterways (and, in some places, stinking canals). Once a popular trading post and tourist spot, it went sharply downhill following the fall of nearby Crystal City. With the reformatting of Polyhex to the south, the few remaining Empties and other scavengers have relocated in Rodion, bringing the real estate prices down even further. The Deltaran Medical Facility is located here, healing injured and sick neutrals regardless of their resources or political leanings.
