"Chaotic" is the best word to describe Quickswitch. "Unpredictable" works also. His rapid changing of forms is echoed by his moods changing just as wildly. Whether you find him happy or sad, angry or upset depends mostly on the moment you happen to run into him. If you run into Quickswitch in a bad mood, the best advice is simply to wait a moment.
Quickswitch possesses above-average strength, intelligence, and overall endurance. He is a Six Changer, able to transform between modes at three times the speed of the average Transformer. Quickswitch is a highly skilled warrior who knows how best to utilize his six-changing ability to maximize Decepticon casualties. Aside from his robot mode, he can also transform into an assault hovercraft cruiser, a jet-propelled laser pistol, an assault beast with stealth shielding, an armor-piercing drill tank, and a suborbital fighter jet. He is armed with twin photon blasters in all modes.
The inconsistency in Quickswitch’s thought processes sometimes makes him as confused as his enemies.
History
MUX Continuity
In 1988, Sixshot approached Shockwave with a request: Build someone equal to Sixshot's power and grandeur, so Sixshot would finally have an equal to mentor and train. As a result, Shockwave took scans of Sixshot and created Quickswitch. However, instead of turning him over to Sixshot, Shockwave wiped Quickswitch's memory and released him into the wild to see how he'd react.
In 2016, Quickswitch helped the Autobots fight Dal Matia beneath the Silent Grill.
In 2020, Quickswitch helped rescue Springer from scraplets. Later that year, Rung started counseling Quickswitch on his chaotic personality.

- July 29 - "Deathknell: Dead Run" - PART TWO OF THE DEATHKNELL FINALE. Dal Matia's at her strongest in Silent Grill, and has legions of zombies, dark science, horrific guardians, and a dead Cityformer. The combined Cybertronian forces have... well, they can turn into cars, so that's cool I guess....It is a game of HOT POTATO as the boss battle rages on... not that Death itself could stop Dal Matia's wrath.
- October 30 - "Another Path" - While Spike attempts to help Quickswitch, Benin-Jeri and Dust Devil discuss going back to Cybertron.
2021
- June 15 - "Exulant Subitus - B Side" - Megatron wants the Titan Calyhex no matter the cost. The Autobots rally to stop him. B-Roll: Decepticon Warship <Corumkan> and Surface of Calyhex <Titan> for Peace In Our Time - Exulant Subitus.
2022
- February 08 - "Unwelcome Guests" - Someone crashes the Cybertron peace meeting.

- If Quickswitch is Sixshot's son, and Sixshot is Shockwave's brother, does that mean that Shockwave is Quickswitch's uncle?
