Demolisher is, above all, loyal to the Decepticon cause, even to the point of questioning any leadership decisions he sees as made for selfish reasons. As a military expert, he is no doubt one of the most valued members of the Decepticon army.

- In Legends, Demolisher repurposes the overall design of War for Cybertron Demolishor, who in turn was a homage to Armada Demolishor.
- Generation 1 Demolisher was somewhat close to receiving a toy in the Combiner Wars line — Hasbro designed the "pretooled" alternate head of Voyager Class Onslaught after Armada Demolishor. Though this retooling never came to fruition, a TaoBao user posted a photo of a prototype in 2015.[1]
