When CROSSHAIR goes out into the field after a target, he blends in with his surroundings so completely that an enemy standing five feet away won't see him. He studies his target so closely and so intensely that he can make accurate predictions about where the target is going to move and at what speed. Unfortunately, he tends to believe this way in the barracks as well. Many G.I. JOE team members have been rudely surprised to find him looking over their shoulders when they thought they were alone.
CROSSHAIR knows that target identification is critically important on today's battlefield. Luckily for him, his sharp vision is off the scale. When he was asked to read the last line at his Army entrance exam eye-test, he responded with the copyright notice on the bottom of the chart. He also brings a phenomenal accuracy, meaning less wasted ammunition and minimal collateral damage, making him far more efficient than a drone!
