V96

The Skynet Plasma V96 is a Westinghouse second-generation plasma rifle developed by Skynet and used by T-820 and T-825V. Note that continuous fire will temporarily overheat the weapon.

Notes

The V96 and R95 share the same design model similar to Westinghouse M-25 Phased Plasma Pulse Rifle, but their ammo are different as the V96 uses Violet/Purple Plasma, while the R95 uses Red Plasma.

Notes for Players

The weapon can be picked up from destroyed Terminators. However, the player must have "Weapons 5" skill to use Skynet's second-generation plasma weapons activated in order to use it.
The rifle can be used to be fitted with Skynet Chip modifications of fire rate, stability, damage, and clip.
The weapon sells for 600 resource credits, making the looting of multiple copies of the weapon desirable during the mid and end-game. The second generation plasma rifles/V95 can be used to attack aerial HKs.
