Pico is a fallen angel of Seraphim class, and thus extremely strong. She was also considered Dino's subordinate. She as well lives in the Capital city of the Jura Tempest Federation: Rimuru City.
Appearance
She has the appearance of a young girl probably in her teens and has six black wings on her back.
Personality
She seems to be more emotional than Gracia and openly displays her frustration during her battle with Shion.
Background
After Dino Degenerated and became a Fallen Angel Gracia and Pico decided to the same. Before they Fell neither she nor any of her cohorts had an ego but one day they were suddenly able to think for themselves. They awakened an ego at roughly the same time.
They were sent down to the world to observe, but after their master disappeared they remained. No matter how much time it took Dino felt that their master would one day return.
