Personality
Rigur is a calm individual who always does his best to serve his country and its people. As such he tends to have a very go with the flow demeanor, and a strong, curious drive to explore the world around him. His main trait is his diplomatic nature, which was shown in force since the moment he was introduced. Because of his increasing independence, his Father is shown to express fatherly love and pride in his son, much to Rigur's embarrassment.
Rigur has a strong sense of responsibility as he felt guilty after Falmuth's attack because he was in charge of Security.
Background
Rigur was the first goblin who interacted with Rimuru and was part of the first goblin village to have sworn loyalty to him.
After defeating the Direwolves, Rimuru appointed him as the captain of the Goblin Riders.
After the Orc Lord incident, Rigur gave up his post as captain of the goblin riders because he saw that Gobta was more fitting for the job. Instead, he was promoted as Head of Security to oversee the safety of the country. He reported directly to Benimaru.
He was sent as the diplomat to Beast Kingdom of Eurazania with Benimaru acting as his escort.
Rigur took part in the assault against the crystals deploying Falmuth's barrier on Tempest. He was sent to the west where he and Gobta managed to kill the soldiers guarding it with little trouble. After that they destroyed it and returned to Tempest by Rimuru's order.
