Anti-skill ｢能力殺封, anchi sukiru｣ is a special constitution that has the ability to nullify almost anything.[1]
Abilities
Anti-skill is a spiritual constitution ｢霊的体質, reiteki taishitsu｣ that can be turned on and off at will. It has the ability to suppress or "seal" all spiritual/magical forces that the user comes into contact with from aura to magic and then use the negated force to counteract kinetic energy. It can also shut down a majority of skills (including ultimate skills) and completely seal their use for a period of time. However, it can only be transmitted through the user's direct touch and not through any mediums such as weapons. It also cannot negate things that have two forces at the same time like mystic arts.[1]
Although Anti-skill can counteract physical force under most circumstances, it does not make the user completely invincible. Purely physical attacks, diseases, and poisons can still take effect. Depending on the user's state, things necessary for sustainment such as food and oxygen are naturally still needed.
Anti-skill's effect is not permanent. After some time without contact from it, the skills and magic that were shut down can be used once again.[1]
