Tekken Shop is a new feature in Tekken 8. It offers a wide variety of customization items for purchase, including legacy character costumes and character-themed avatar skins. Rather than using Fight Money, the shop uses Tekken Coins, which are purchased using real-world money. These "Tekken Coins" are non-transferable.
To purchase items from the Tekken Shop, the player can either access the option via the Main Menu or visit the Tekken Fight Lounge and speak with the customization staff. Occasionally, free items or sets are also handed out, though the player must still go through the process of "purchasing" them. New items are added to the "Tekken Shop" once or twice a month.

- Two cyber-themed costumes for all characters.
- A ninja costume for male characters and a shinobi costume for female characters.
- Two wrestling-themed costumes for all characters.

- A fire dancer costume for male characters and a hula girl costume for female characters.
- Two biker themed costumes, one for male characters and the other for female characters.
- A set of two Halloween costumes for male characters and a vampire costume for female characters.
- Two Uniqlo shirts for all characters (limited time only).
