Rose Pique is a move used by Emilie de Rochefort since Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion and Sebastian in Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
The move can only be performed during Dew Glide. It replaces Slashing Vine as a more powerful variation.
Since the string's debut, the second hit is delayable. Since Tekken Tag Tournament 2, inputting b after the first hit will transition the user to Mirror Image.
Usage
Due to starting from Dew Glide, it is possible for the start-up for this move to crush highs. The string jails on hit, but was previously unsafe on block, including the first strike, making it risky to use. In Tekken 8, the initial attack is now safe on block. Since the first strike involves an elbow strike, the move cannot be stopped with a reversal or parry.
