Rafflesia is a throw used by Emilie De Rochefort since her debut in Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, Sebastian can also use this throw in Tekken Tag Tournament 2
In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Lili and Sebastian can perform special tag throws with this throw when the partner is Asuka Kazama or Ling Xiaoyu.
In Tekken 8, the command is changed to u/f+1+2 due to all Rage Arts being given the d/f+1+2 command. Lili now also has more ways to utilize the throw, as she is now able to perform it from Dew Glide, giving her a throw she can use from the stance.
