Tex Fuller (11 December 1925-7 October 2020[1]) appeared uncredited in two Doctor Who television stories: as a Exxilon messenger in Death to the Daleks (DWM 278) and a stuntman, soldier and executioner in The Masque of Mandragora. (DWM 287)
