Steven Berkoff (born 3 August 1937[1]) played the Shakri hologram in the Doctor Who television story The Power of Three.
He was previously considered for the roles of Aukon in State of Decay, Commander Vorshak in Warriors of the Deep (TCH 38), Gustave Lytton in Resurrection of the Daleks, Sharaz Jek and Stotz in The Caves of Androzani, Tekker in Timelash and George Ratcliffe in Remembrance of the Daleks. (TCH 44)
