Steve Speirs (born 22 February 1965[1]) played Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, credited as the Slitheen disguise of Strickland, in the Doctor Who television stories Aliens of London (spelled Steve Speirs) and World War Three (spelled Steve Spiers).
