Room 13 was based in Soho. (AUDIO: Parasite)

When the Toymaker entered the Doctor's universe, he set up his domain in 1925 Soho. After discovering the Giggle in 2023, the Fourteenth Doctor and Donna Noble travelled to Soho, finding the Toymaker. After a game that the Toymaker won, the Doctor was able to raise the stakes to best of three, on the basis that he'd won the earlier Trilogic Game.
