Ruth Madeley

Ruth Madeley (born 4 August 1987^[1]) voiced the Sixth Doctor's companion Hebe Harrison in several audio stories from Big Finish Productions.

She also played Shirley Bingham in the Doctor Who television stories The Star Beast and The Giggle.
