Robert Sidaway (born 24 January 1942-16 August 2024[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Avon in The Savages and Captain Jimmy Turner in The Invasion.
He shared his memories of The Savages on the photographic reconstruction for the DVD and Blu-ray release and the documentary Remembering/Forgetting The Savages, both of which was released after his death.
