Redred was a Time Lord member of the Prydon Chapterhouse Guard around the time that the First Doctor left Gallifrey (or 673 years before the Seventh Doctor returned to Gallifrey). According to Leela he was one of Andred's cousins. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)
