Pharma Corps was the owner of the Blood Bank in the far future.
They controlled all medicines and wouldn't allow people to have access to them if you didn't have a sample in the Bank. They had a virus that would make certain people immune to blood control and then sold the human race out to the Sycorax. (AUDIO: Harvest of the Sycorax)
