Peter Welch (30 March 1922-20 November 1984[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as a Sergeant in The Highlanders and Morgan in The Android Invasion.
He was also considered for the role of Marcus Scarman in Pyramids of Mars. (TCH 24)
