Penny Pepper-Bean was the wealthy mother of Lindy Pepper-Bean.
Biography
Aged 62, Penny paid for her daughter's living on Finetime, which she believed was for her child's happiness. She was a user of the Dot and Bubble social media.
When her daughter saw the Mantraps eat other residents of Finetime alive, Lindy played a recording of a message from her, while the Doctor and Ruby Sunday were trying to help and instruct her to safety. When the two saw Penny, they recognized her face, having a discussion about whether it was the face of the Ambulance on Kastarion 3 or someone else.
At the time of the recording, Penny had 3,108 subscribers and her profile was tagged with the hashtag "Love my Lindy".

The Fifteenth Doctor later recognised her as resembling the same woman as others he and Ruby encountered across their travels.
