Michael Higgs (born 14 February 1962[1]) voiced Rev. Edward Folgate in the Torchwood Soho audio story Ascension and Sir Aubrey Fanshaw-Smith in The Lost Stories audio story Operation Werewolf.
Career
He is probably best known for playing P.C. Eddie Santini in The Bill and Andy Hunter in Eastenders.
