Krelix was the leader of the Sea Devil colony. He was a bioengineer and created dinosaur hybrids, but his work was deemed unethical. When Jo Jones came to broker a peace he told her of his work, and that he believed Jastrok wanted the hybrids. He believed that once Jastrok attacked the humans, there would be war. When the base started to break up, he saved Jo from drowning by placing her back in her submersible. He told her of a control device for the hybrids. (AUDIO: Tidal Wave)
