June Murphy appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Maggie Harris in Fury from the Deep and Third Officer Jane Blythe in The Sea Devils.
She shared her memories of Fury from the Deep on the documentary The Cruel Sea.
Personal life
During Fury from the Deep she first met, and later married, actor Brian Cullingford, who appeared in the story as Perkins.
