Jonathan Aris (born 24 January 1971[1]) played Silurian Manager Melnak in the Doctor Who television story Joy to the World. He previously voiced the Department Head in the Jenny: The Doctor's Daughter audio story Altered Status.
He was interviewed on the Doctor Who Unleashed episode Joy to the World.
Career
He is best known for playing Anderson in Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss' Sherlock alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, Una Stubbs, Rupert Graves, Vinette Robinson and Louise Brealey.
