John Rolfe (1935-12 August 2020[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as a Captain in The War Machines, Sam Becket in The Moonbase and Ralph Fell in The Green Death.
Career
He also appeared in episodes of Adam Adamant Lives!, Out of the Unknown, Z-Cars, Dixon of Dock Green, Survivors, Blake's 7, Mr. Bean and The Bill.
