Jacqueline Pearce

Jacqueline Pearce (20 December 1943-3 September 2018^[1]) played Cardinal Ollistra in various Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories, and several roles for audio and television.

She shared her memories of The Two Doctors on the DVD audio commentary.

She was also considered for the role of Dr. Elizabeth Styles in Resurrection of the Daleks.

Legacy

Alongside these roles, Pearce was named by Gary Russell as his preferred choice to play the character Godwanna in an imaginary film version of his 1995 Virgin Missing Adventures novel, Invasion of the Cat People.

Career

Outside of Doctor Who, she was perhaps best known for her role as Servalan on Blake's 7 and reprised her role for Big Finish Productions. She was also known for her roles in the Hammer horror films The Plague of the Zombies and The Reptile.
