Consul Issabel was a human and a Technocrat Major of Justice Prime. She was a prime mover in Justicia and controlled the SCAT-house. She was a hunched and spindly woman with pale skin and eyes which burned with a fierce intelligence. She was killed by Ermenshrew Blathereen and her skin was used as a disguise.
