HALF (Helping All Life Forms) was a protest group who fought against the construction of Kursaal, a planet-sized theme park, on the planet Saturnia Regna. Its leader was Bernard Cockaigne. In the end, they failed and Kursaal was built and opened to the public. (PROSE: Kursaal)
