Giles Watling

Giles Watling (born 18 February 1953[1]) voiced several characters for Big Finish Productions.

He was interviewed on the documentaries Troughton in Tibet and Remembering Deborah Watling.

Personal life

He is the son of Jack Watling and the brother of Deborah Watling.

His sister Nicky Matthews and brother-in-law Seymour Matthews was also interviewed on Remembering Deborah Watling.

He spoke about Doctor Who to the BBC for its 60th Anniversary in November 2023

Career

More recently, most of his time has been devoted to politics. He was the Conservative MP for Clacton from 2017 to 2024, being replaced by the leader of Reform UK, Nigel Farage.
