Gilbert Wynne (born 1934[1]) played Thara in the Doctor Who television story The Krotons and an old man in the Torchwood television story The Gathering.
He shared his memories of The Krotons on the DVD's audio commentary.
Career
He is best known for playing Det. Con. Reg Dwyer in forty three episodes of Softly, Softly.
