Gideon Vale was the inventor of the Starfire nuclear weapon. He was a multi-millionaire and wanted to create the new nuclear deterrent. In 1963, he invited Rachel Jensen to see his labs, and told her information on the missile. He went to public school with Francis White, Robert Devere and Martin Regan.
