Garif was one of the Deciders of Alzarius.
After the death of Decider Draith at Mistfall, Garif and the remaining decider, Nefred, appointed Login to make up the three. Nefred became the new head Decider. Garif helped in the trial of the outlers, and helped carry Nefred down through the Starliner when Nefred was fatally injured. After Nefred's death, Login and Garif decided to leave Alzarius in the ship to settle the colony elsewhere. (TV: Full Circle)
