The Fusians were one of the intelligent species native to the Kollian Dimension. They had a loosely humanoid appearance, but were taller by a third than the average human, they had large round hooves instead of feet, and they were bald with pointy ears. Their eyes had no visible pupils.
Ux was the Fusian representative at a diplomatic meeting on Okul where representatives of all the Kollian species would vote on whether to allow increased communication between their universe and Gallifrey's. Ux was against, because he feared that Prince Luj and the Frovians would take the opportunity to invade and ransack the weaker but plentiful Kollian Dimension. (COMIC: Who's That Girl!)
