Colin Douglas (28 July 1912-21 December 1991[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Donald Bruce in The Enemy of the World and Reuben in Horror of Fang Rock. He also, uncredited, voiced the Rutan scout in the latter story. (DWM 319)
