Charles Palmer was the director for two production blocks in series 3 of Doctor Who, and one block for series 10, ten years later.
Personal life
He is the son of actor Geoffrey Palmer.[1]
He was the husband of Claire Skinner, who played Madge Arwell in the Doctor Who story The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe.[1]
