The Artron Forum was a building in the Capitol. Tradition dictated that Time Lords meet at the forum periodically to exchange views, in the course of which artron energy would be painlessly absorbed from their minds by receptors in the walls. The energy was then rooted through to the berthing bays to help power TARDISes.
During the Gallifreyan Civil War, the Artron Forum was made redundant when President Romana scrambled the TARDISes' imprimaturs, resulting in it being left empty. She later sent Leela and Narvin to destroy the building with percussion grenades, but one went off early and severely injured Narvin and left Leela blind. Pandora and Valyes ensured that the undetonated bombs would go off whilst guards and innocent people were nearby. (AUDIO: Fractures)
