Sagan (ザーガン Zāgan?) is a character and the main antagonist in the Takt. op series.
Description
Anime
He is the GM (Grand Maestro) of New York Symphonica, the strategic base for the D2. Although he stands at the top of the organization, he never wields power and always maintains a gentle demeanor. He is seen as Hero for stopping the invasion of the D2, and when they went dormant, a ceasefire was declared in his name, called the Zagan Declaration.
