Notes
- The Japanese name of this enemy changed at some point. Early guidebooks have it listed as モスキート (Mosquito) but all later sources have it listed as ビックモスキート (Big Mosquito - despite using a less common katakana form of big). The guidebook released for the Remaster version lists this enemy as mosquito again.
